As we continue to grow and explore new channels and ideas to scale the product, we’re opening this role to build and drive our SMM direction.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute an SMM strategy from scratch with a strong performance focus (installs & subscriptions)
- Own and manage Instagram end-to-end (content, posting, stories, audience engagement)
- Set up and scale content production processes (including UGC and creator collaborations)
- Continuously test hypotheses (formats, hooks, storytelling, visuals) and optimize based on performance metrics (CPI, CPA, conversions, subscribers)

Who we’re looking for
- Proven experience and cases in performance-driven SMM (focused on installs, subscriptions, conversions — not just reach or branding)
- Strong results orientation: you think in metrics, funnels, and unit economics
- Ability to build strategy from zero and scale it systematically
- Hands-on and independent: you decide what resources (UGC, creators, tools) are needed to hit targets
- Experience growing social channels with clear, measurable impact
- Fluent English
- Experience in wellness / ADHD / mental health is a strong plus
